if your cutting free of charge because they have one of those uniforms on - how do you know it’s for hospital use?

if word gets about (and it will) you will be inundated by all

You should be careful doing a key for this system on a mastered blank. These system were never any good on a large scale and being a hospital I would assume It’s a large suite. They got round this problem with multi profile sections, you cut this key on a master blank and how know what else it will fit.

Hi,

I can confirm HD YA84 or JMA YA-14D is the pass key for this section. The specific section is indeed YR-AB.

I'm not sure why an NHS consultant would approach a locksmith for extra keys, surely the building manager/estate would provide these to staff at no cost if they are required by staff to do their job.

Bit dodgy that the top has been filed or ground off.

Whoever scrubbed the numbers off, possibly done this to stop unauthorised persons taking the key to other unauthorised persons to  make unauthorised copies.

Or possibly not. Go figure.
