Depends on the type of rubber, if it's thermoplastic it will need Renia Rehagol primer and Renia Multi Colle adhesive.
If it's normal resin rubber then Bostik 6092 should do it.
5050 is for PVC rubber only, rarely used now.

Hi all thanks for the add,
Over here in Ireland we have a very popular brand of trainers called "Asics" and so being popular they're not cheap at least€80/100 a pair, I just want to share a solution I worked out, just let me say I'm not trying to teach my grandma to suck eggs, it's mainly ladies with pedicures which end up poking a hole in the top, this takes about 10 mins to do and I now get brand new trainers from repeat customers brought to me for preventative measures, I'll add some pics to show, this one needed a little "darning" but not normally the case, as I said just wanted to share, you may have your own method but this works for me

    Fed up waiting for Silca.
I have just decided there must be a way to get my Triax to cut WXM keys as there is a cutting card available and i already have the cutter bought from FO Select in switzerland .
    https://www.foselect.com/?subcats=Y&type=extended&status=A&pshort=Y&pfull=Y&pname=Y&pkeywords=Y&search_performed=Y&cid=&extpcode=w116&dispatch[products.search]=Search
So i calibated my machine with the 01J jaw instead of the 128 jaw required this must have a tip stop as the alignment of the cuts is way out.
So using stop 2 i altered the Y axis by -180 and the depth by -10 and i have just cut keys to 5 different locks i have in stock all working perfectly.
I have also tested cutting the 7 depth cuts in one go to see if the key would be pulled out of the jaw and they key i have just cut was 253577 and cut perfectly (might be an issue when the cutter is worn down a bit.
For any 8 cut depths i will start by replacing them with a 6 to start with then run through again with the 8 depth as required.
So to summerise i can now cut WXM keys to code for all my trade customers/forum members.
Screen shot below of adjustments made.

    I’m sick of covid-19.
I’m sick of black vs. white.
I’m sick of labour vs conservative
I’m sick of gay vs. straight.
I’m REALLY sick of the media.
I’m sick of the language being used and plastered all over the media...
I’m sick of no-one being allowed to think what they want & feel what they do without offending someone.
I am sick of the people who are out there jumping on the bandwagon to protest just to cause mass confusion and more hatred and to riot, loot, and destroy...
I am sick of blaming the world for the sins of a few.
I like meat, again your choice not to eat meat, my choice to eat meat. End of.
I’m sick of people who think that 60yr old history is our fault... it’s history... get over it!!

You want to believe in God? Ok, believe in God.
You want to believe in magical creatures that fly around & sprinkle fairy dust to make life better? Awesome... you do it!!
BUT how about being mature enough to be able to deal with the fact that everyone doesn’t have the same exact mind-set as you. Having our own minds is what makes us all individuals and beautiful. If you can’t handle that fact....I’m sorry!! I don’t have to agree with everything you believe in, however you will still be my friend.

I was severly bored sat at home could not wait to get back.
No dead shop for us we have just had the best 7 week trading period in the last 20 years it has been insane, i only managed 3 weeks on my own and had to ask my employee to return from furlough as i could not cope.
Even with all the Timspsons (4 within 5 miles) and all the others now open (last count there are 15 other key cutters within a 5 miles radius) we are still busier than ever, My brand new Triax Pro is earning it's money back already.
Been coming in at 7.00am and working till 7pm some days so i guess we are very very lucky.

So nearly 3 weeks since re opening i have had the best 3 weeks trading of the year so far. I have asked my employee to return on Monday as i am struggling to cope with the ammount of work i have had.
Only 2 pair of shoes so far but several hundred watch batteries and car remote batteries. Key cutting has been on another level even for me.
In fact it has been so good i have juts ordered a brand new Triax Pro to replace my Triax e-code so in a few weeks time i will have a mint second hand well looked after triax for sale if anyone is interested.
Financially the lockdown so far has benefitted me massively and many i have spoken to that are returning (other trades) are saying the same so hopefully when you all return you will also bounce back very quickly and get back to normal as soon as possible even though the new normal is very strange.
Good luck to you all and best wishes for the future of out trade.

I think you need the OCD mind that will only allow perfection, practice and then practice and if nothing comes in for a while practice before doing it live. Lee is one special guy he never does anything that's good enough - it is either perfection or excellent.

Our shoe repairs are up, especially quality shoes.  My biggest problem is that we don't have sufficient shoes coming through the door yet to justify the huge investment in a quality outsole stitcher so we contract out the stitching.  The quality is not the best unfortunately.  Would love my own machine, but it takes a lot of gents shoes to justify the price of one of those machines when there are some many other places we can invest that sort of money and be sure of a decent return in a relatively short space of time.  But Lee's repairs are something to aspire too.  In the meantime, our customers seem happy with our repairs and keep coming back so we much be doing ok.
What I would say is that I spend time with my customers educating them with regard to what a good quality pair of shoes is and make recommendations.  Now I'm getting customers coming in behore making a purchase of shoes to ask me what they think before they buy.  These will become lifelong customers I hope.  If we want to repair quality shoes then we can do something about it.  Just take some time with your customers.  They will keep talking about you and keep coming back.

I know the untrue story - it appears that due to the UK Gov cocking up Brexit their entire stock is now invalid and has to be revalidated to extend the date to June 30- Their continental quilts have all gone into meltdown and  their entire stock of transponder keys refuses to code to english made cars, so thats just Morgan then. The BMW keys have all decided that they will not function outside the EU and these are having to be overrun with hob nail boots.
In the meantime the chinease servers made in Korea and manufactured in India have all hit the Millenium meltdown due to the time difference.
Steve from Microsoft Bombay told me this first hand this morning when he locked into my PC and transferred all my money to a safe deposit to prevent the UK gov turning it into Euros to pay their huge hotel bill for Mrs may.
I also know this to be a fact because the nice lady from BT explained about my WiFi issues and took £80 to get a new one to me next month.
Then to cap it all I am on some sort of international police raid list as I have been identified as some sort of pervert (well Ok I own up) and the CIA will remove me for just 100 bitcoins.
and that has reflected onto 3D's computers  so it is my fault....... sorry
