grahamparker
Personally I'm fed up with waiting & have contacted the FSB regarding getting compensation for loss of business as Silca haven't resolved my problem .& have my money . I would demand a spare unit from Silca then return yours for them to test.

ponsaloti
I'd been looking at the machine, and the customer had been looking at me for about 50mins I pissed myself when Matt/silca told me the machine was waiting for me. Customer, not so happy. I'm surprised silca haven't address this simple fix.

Paul_
I tried to do a VW Golf this morning, got 2 solid lights on first cycle then couldn't get anymore lights. Tried about 20 more times, also waited about 10 mins and still no more lights. Any ideas what was wrong? Did a Peugeout 308 later in the day and all ok. St.Am92
You'll need to repeat the snoop procedure. On some audi's that I've done it's taken 4 or5+ attempts to capture the data, but it will do it in the end. Also i increased the time cycling the on off procedure

grahamparker
Had a 1999 Volkswagon Beetle in yesterday, read in the RW4 as ID48 went to copy but would not sniff any data from the car. Tried resetting the snoop, removed the 3 volt battery and fitted a new one even though the battery was testing at 3.01 volts. Same again, tried 5 times and gave up. First ID48 failure for me. kobblers

St.Am92
You should wait until the snoop lights up.first with one light then with two. 10-20 seconds between each cycle.
