StevenB
Where's the "I'm a cynical 40 year old, None of the above appeal to me" option? Michael and derek
Lee
Those are the 40year olds that don't go to the polling station so don't need that option Steven.
StevenB
I may be cynical, but I ALWAYS vote, even for the police commissioners election (still don't understand what was the point in that. Just let the people whose job it is pick a leader).
derek
each one is about as appealing as a slow painful death, that being said i would say Cameron is the one who seems better suited to running the country

grahamparker
Why didn't Scotland vote for independance when they had the chance?. Seems a strange choice given the results this morning.

Lee
"Election 2015: Conservatives feeling confident in Waveney as Labour activists abandon the countThe declaration of Waveney’s parliamentary election result looks like it could be delayed until around 7am due to the sheer number of votes cast." I wish they'd hurry up. Still no local result yet!
Count Muppet
Although I am very happy about conservatives winning a majority, I'm a bit annoyed about the way it has worked out in Scotland. How can so many seats be won with so little votes? UKIP had more votes than snp and lib dem combined but still only 1 seat. Seems a bit unfair to me, and I think it's a sad loss to British politics that Nigel farage has resigned. Whatever his views, he always gives a good reason to back them up and he's really turned the popularity of his party around. Gray
That's why Nigel Farage wants a fairer voting system. Under proportional representation UKIP would have taken 83 seats and the SNP only 25 based on the percentage of votes they received. I don't think we've heard the last of Farage. kobblers
derek
in Scotland we basically have a foreign country deciding what money we get, would England like to be told by Scotland how little/much you have to spend? instead of crying over why Scotland has so many seats compared to votes won, ask yourself why do the other parties want to keep a country in the union that has to be propped up financialy by Westminister
Gray
September 2014 Scotland has voted to stay in the United Kingdom after voters decisively rejected independence. With the results in from all 32 council areas, the "No" side won with 2,001,926 votes over 1,617,989 for "Yes" grahamparker and x minit uk
