The customer brought in an article from Saturday's Daily Express where this women is raving about them, but there's no mention of where to get them. The one on the concrete will be stone dead in 2 weeks. The one on the wood will be fine. Fact. If you have to stand on concrete all day and get aching legs, putting down a mat will make a difference as will the type of shoes/boots you wear.
