Perplexus
I checked out the Kiwi polish, 2 for £1 at our local Poundland. The contents rattled around like a pea in a tin can . . . all solid and dried up! I reckon Mr Poundland bought up a truckload of old stock! I know they do this with ladies cosmetics, which they buy from Boots, and then re-label.
