  4. Fermod use CVL3/3R (usually has the cut away on the back side though) the other looks like a CS206 both Silca ref.
  5. That thought did cross my mind, also is the fixing nut recessed on one side same as the Silca FO when using a 1.5mm blade ?.
  6. We usually use either an Asec or Abus palock and grind the logo of on the finisher rather than use a specific love padlock.
  7. Side and face cutter and face only cutter. Have you tried using a Genuine Silca blade ?.

  9. Change the cutter often is my best answer. We usually replace the mortice cutter every 6-8 weeks. I get most of my mortice blanks from sks.
  10. Only use Silca or Genuine blanks for cylinder keys. Never have any issues with blanks bending, snapping, twisting or not fitting. We have Gone though well over 1,000,000 Silca cylinder blanks in 35 years and cannot think of a time when a blank did not fit.

  12. Lowest i can remember taking on a card is about the £2.00 mark, but we take payments of over £500+ on card payments quite frequently. The more money you put through your card provider the better the deals they will give you.

  17. Sounds like the new parented Yale with the tapered shoulder or it the lock is fitted in a security escutcheon or handles and you need to grind or file away the back shoulder.
