  1. I have an old (now discontinued) 5 pin Abus.section. We only cut keys on this now as new stock is no longer available. I also cuurently use a 6 pin Anker cylinder from Codringtons as well as a totally restricted Abus Pfaffenhain suite. We assemble all stock in house unless it is more than 20 cylinders then i get the suppliers to do the job for me. I also have approx 30 x Evva DPS master suites which we have supplied as well as a Brisant Ultion master suite. There are also a few Esla NG suites and some Cisa Astral and Cisa 5 pin suites that we have also supplied.
  2. If you cant beat them, join them. I currently have 3 of my own section key blanks and cylinders although i do want regular return customers so i do not take the michael.
  3. Aldridges have 80 in stock, i can order you 10 and post them to you on Monday if that's any good.
  4. That's cheap. Don't ever try and order BKS keys, just over £50.00 each with carriage and vat and that was my cost !!!.

  6. Why mess about, Get the remote that uses the glass id60 chip. Remove it and replace with a GTI chip (or similar cn2/tpx) and clone it. I thought Blue remotes where for 2008 onwards.
  7. Not sure to be honest. I don't think it is supported anymore since the release of the zedful. You would be best giving Hickleys a call and asking them.
  8. I have one, make me an offer. Base machine only no eeprom no plug in modules.
  9. Same with Silca, it is the way the vehicle opertates that is the issue.
  10. No i did have one for about 3 weeks without instructions and could not get it to work correctly. I gave it back to the person who was trying to sell it to me. I have 3 old Hermes V3000 engravers that are 30+ years old and cartridge based and still work really well although one is in bits for spare parts. I also have a Gravograph LS100 laser engraver and this is where i did need to pay to learn how to use it and after 5 hours training we only scratched the surface of what the machine is capable of. Best of luck with your machine and i am sure you will get to grips with it in the end. Make sure you Visit the trade shows as they can often get you advice on how to do things the best way with your machine.
  11. If you pay someone they come to YOU. Your new to the forum and not used to the slightly sarcastic banter yet !. Don't take it personally it's just how most forums work. There are people who will help you but i still recommend getting expert tuition as it will pay for itself in the long run, either that or struglle with youtube videos and months of endeavour and you will get there yourself.
  12. Don't buy something you do not fully understand and know how to operate. In other words seek professional training even if it costs to send someone out as it will save you money and time in the long run.
  13. What mortice key makes are you cutting ?. What machine are you using ?. What blades are you buying ?. We hardly use any universal blanks for mortice keys anymore, mainly buy JMA copies and they cut lovely.
  14. Use key blank ZD10P Card 136 on my Unocode. Manually enter cut depths.
  15. Message me the code and i will do them in the morning for you. I am just leaving work now.
  16. It is only designed to use Silca chips to help stop counterfeiting although I believe all the chips are sourced by Silca from a third party.
