If you have access to the lock take all your cylinder blanks to find one that fits or remove cylinder and do the same.

Yes it does if you use the Federal APE key cutting card which is available on the SKP and my Triax so i assume the Futura pro has the same card available.

As i said, i have seen these myself (foor racks, cycle carries top boxes) with the 8 or other numbers looking upside down also with numbers missing ie 62 being a 162 etc or code is completely wrong altogether. Always cut one of each or if the lock is here 3 minute job to pick and remove core and work out the code.

Did it blank fit the lock ?. Code could be 089 not 68. Don't be fooled be the smaller loop of the 8 as we have had this in the past. Easy to pick open and remove core. Get the customer to come to you.

WILL FIT, i have some genuine Union 1X1 KA locks in stock that have the same blanks, never noticed the shoulder before but Silca UNI3 fits perfect.

If it's an old padlock the 35B should fit.

I seem to think we had one of these locks in and we used CS206 but not totaly sure it was a while back. Could have been the Slim universal.

That seems to be the default for a lot of chinese shite to be honest. As long as you have an image of the key to work from you should be ok.

Use the same cutting card Carl and enter the cuts yourself.

To be fair to SKS we have had the bits fall of mortice and rim keys while cutting from all suppliers. Most are from RST anyway. Even with new cutters and doing 1/4 to 1/2 cut each time. I change my mortice cutter on average every 2-3 months still makes no difference. You sometimes just touch the bit with the cutter and it will fall off. The SKS Brass ER-5G had a slightly thicker stem next to the shoulder stopping full entry into the curtain. Reported the issues and nothing changed so now just buy genuine and never have any issues.

Yes. The fortress copies are really poor the last few years. Swapped to buying original blanks and increased my prices.

Steel key wrong it’s 2211341 or possibly 2 at the end. plastic head is 1224234

Turn upside down and shake and hope the broken piece of file comes out. Try a precision screwdriver also while upside down. Also use the right tool in future saves a lot of distress and issues.

Ford keys for one if you have an older vehicle and 2 working keys or the red master key for really old fords, you can program remote and chip in yourself.

Just checked and my first Emailed invoice from Davenports is dated 12/08/2019 i have always recieved them in emails since that date. I seem to remember having to ask for this to be done when we fell under the Making Tax Digital umbrella.

Do NOT expect to get rich quick, it is a massive learning curve full of pitfalls. Always had mine in a pdf format for years. I have to scan others that don't like NW keys and then upload so much prefer them already done. HMRC do not want anthing on paper all digital and uploaded.
