truth is the bigger you get the more complaints you get , I worked for them 25 ago relief manager for 2 yrs ( best days of my life ) some of the branches I visited there were folks who had worked there for years and still didn't have a clue don't think getting bigger has helped them , not that they care

I’ll be happy when the shoes die off completely.

i think as a company Most of us are decent at key cutting and watch repairs. We don’t see much engraving these days because we priced ourselves out of it. Phone repairs are the same.

shoes are just a skill too far for most of us these days.

i like to think I put out a good quality repair but I’ve been in the game a fair while now.

All us Indépendants have a wonderful opportunity to to improve our businesses by turning out 1st class workman'ship, Customers will visit these "pods" But if you've always turned over quality work, they will return after being robbed with trash quality.

Unfortunately, too many independent's turn out shite also.

You can't control what they do, but they can't control what you do either..up your game in all aspects or fall by they wayside.

Just saying!

I totally agree with you. T being a big company is always going to get the most attention for bad work because there’s a about two shops everywhere you go.

Not everyone has been in the position to open their own shop and some people like working for a company and not having to worry. The amount of bad work I see from independents too is very high. I personally think unless you care enough about your work and have an eye for detail it doesn’t matter what name you have above your door but you’ll only hear mainly the complaints about one company because they are bigger.
