sks problems with recent orders not being sent out

 Any news updates on this situation are sks on the way out !  orders all incomplete for weeks now

I quote " Dear customers  ,due to technical difficulties with our carousel unit - we may be unable to supply all your requested key blanks "

Weeks later - keys shown in stock on website - still not being sent out ! orders & backorders not being honoured

For the first time in years of dealing with them, recently, orders put in before the 3pm cut off have not been getting despatched. They are silently held until despatch on the following day. Other than that not noticed anything. Denise in returns very good if you have problems. I also dislike the way they no longer sign off their emails. Feels very "holding you at arm's length". It just says "SKS Sales". So when you write your reply, you don't know who to address it to. And you can't ring and say "I've been corresponding with X"

Their new email behaviour may come from using a shared intray, whereby all staff has access to all email threads. While Nathan may have written the initial reply, someone else may suddenly have the time or knowledge to write the next reply within the thread. Anonymising the respondents may make the replies less confusing.

At any rate, they do reply, and that's already better than many others.

This topic has been reported to Admin for no apparent reason by a guest user.

If you feel the need to complain about a topic or to report content, at least tell us what it is you're reporting or don't bother as I've got better things to do than chase reports that seemingly have no basis!
