Is there a method to lock all doors on a C3 without Remote

Recommended Posts

Is there any method of locking a Citroen C3 without using the remote.

Had this a number of times where you can press the lock button on the dash but as soon as you open a door the central

locking unlocks all doors. You can then manually lock the drivers door but every other door is open.

Just had an old lady in we put new batteries in both remotes and both work fine, but her signal must be getting blocked as

sometimes the remote refuses to work so she will go home rather than leave the car unlocked.

I did manage to lower a window close the door press the lock button on the dash flick the electric window button and grab they key quickly but this isn't really an option for most.

The one i had in had the lock on the drivers door.

Stupid bloody French cars, there should always be a way to manually lock and unlock any car.

Hi I noticed today, from passenger side fuse box,the 1 lower than the glove box,(not inside glovebox)there 2 fuses on the bottom sitting in opposite direction from the ones above them, anyway the one on the left can be put in in 2ways,if you take it out and put it in the hole right next to were it came out from,it locks the boot after 5mins of inactivity

Hi Iv found a way take off the drivers door panel unplug the wires form the drivers door lock now when you push the button on the dash it will lock all doors apart from the drivers door which you can use the key so lock and unlock all doors apart from the drivers with the switch on dash

Tried this on my 2003 C3 and it works brilliantly, wish I'd seen this 2 months ago, it would have saved me a lot of frustration. Thanks TecRich
