Lee
the file to big is because of exactly that! You'll need to make the image smaller in your photo editing software & then it will upload. Lee

Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
Please be aware that there are several variations with the Stacked Covers, these range from straight cut to acute curved. Plus there are different ones for cowboy boots.
k4mrc
firstly, Secondly i would like to ask for your help. I had a young lady come in with a pair of heels which have been chewed by her dog. I have been told by a couple of people that it is posible (and easy???) to replace the vineers?? very easy to do but time consuming, you will need to take off the heel blocks - take off the covers, then put new covers on to match (after light sanding and filling) then re-attach blocks. StevenB
Never mind the boots, sort out the dog first so it won't happen again!!
Gray
No need to remove heels. Remove all traces of dog gob first Remove just the damaged veneer, fill sand and tidy heel replace veneer. "heel veneer strips" are available from Colledges . in curved and straight,... finish to match original. Simples
Count Muppet
I have done a couple in the past by taking the block down to where it is no longer damaged, leaving the tube where it is, then building up with pieces of leather by using a hole punch and forcing them over the tube and glueing into place. Then finish with sanding and matching with stain or polish. Hope this makes sense
Count Muppet
Forgot to say, any small bite marks that are closer to the top of the shoe can be sorted using the famous "dust and superglue trick"
