I Have a complaint!

it looks so good, any one else (on the forum) will be too scared to post any pic's on here - as you have pushed the bar too high!

:D :D :D :D :D

Speak for yourself.

you can have a whole youtube tour round my shop, Marks & My bars are in different places because we cater for different markets. But I'm quite proud of my shop & its standard. :-{{{

Hows the new shop doing this week, Mark?

Very nice lee, organised and clean, and plenty of stock.

Opened Monday at 9 o clock.. all went really well, except I couldn't get is200tx to recieve jobs.. grrr, found a small pinch in the cable which must have happened during the change over. Had a great response from customers.. some who brought in shoes on Saturday and collected Monday were truly amazed lol. It's fantastic to have more room to work in and the space to do the things I've been wanting to do for a long time.

Well Done Mark & team,

The unit looks fantastic,

One observation (not a criticism) why wasn't a suspended ceiling installed? that would have been the cherry on the cake :D

There is a suspended ceiling in the main shop, but you are right Tel, I wanted to do the ceiling but as we wanted to open before xmas, time was the factor..we pulled off a minor miracle from 5 o clock Saturday night till 10 o clock Sunday evening, NON of us actually thought we could have opened Monday morning.

But it will be done in the new year for sure, as we are going to put one in the workshop in the back, to help keep the place warmer.

The only company to let us down was BT. We alerted them of our intentions in November and the earliest time they could come to install a line for phone/internet/PDQ was last Thursday. :evil:

They never showed up... but sent us a text in the evening telling us they weren't coming because of the severe weather conditions, and the post office couldn't gaurantee to deliver the equipment... what a joke, we tried to ring them on many many occasions but always had the same "we are currently very busy, please hold" My missus held for an hour once and still no response, bloody fantastic for a communications company. now they have told us they will be coming January 7th 2011 ffs. I think this is dispicable service, especially as it's a business we're trying to run, which is partly internet based.

They have to be one of the worst run British companies in the country IMO.

Yeah BT are a joke, when I took over 6 months ago they managed to set up 2 internet accounts from the start both on the wrong package. Still trying to get it sorted now, last week had another first bill through for a new account number, though the longer they keep cocking it up the longer til they get paid. :buff:
