  1. Are you registered as a Trade Member and are you logged in ?. If not contact the new administrator.
  2. These are my main boards, I have another 4 full boards upstairs but they are duplicates and currently covered with work tops and units that I am moving.
  3. Over a million Silca keys cut in our shop and i cannot ever remember a defective blank.
  4. Agree with everything said above, especially about Matt @ Silca who is excellent on most occasions. It does also help knowing who to speak to when you need help and what sort of help you require. Best person in this industry for me was Tom Morrison when he worked at Aldridges, he always went the extra mile for me and is one of the main reasons i spend so much with Aldridges each year. There are some great people working for all the companies mentioned you just need to find out who they are and contact them when issues arrise.
  5. Birches are the worst suppliers i have ever had and i would rather import blanks than use them again.
  6. Where are you all buying these super tough rim blanks from ?. I buy mine from Aldridges and cut the keys on the machine really easy 5/8 bit takes 1 1/2 minute tops. We charge £6.95 inc vat.
  7. http://www.aldridgesecurity.co.uk/p-1267-asec-mortice-pre-cut-blank-to-suit-gibbons-23g-ts230.aspx Lists them as suitable for the Yale 23G/47/60 Series
  8. The Yale mechanism with an allen key grub screw is one that has caused a lot of "so called locksmiths" issues that i have had to do over the years. I guess you mean changing the whole mechanism or gearboxes Rick rather than just the cylinder.
  9. Look at eBay, there are loads on there. There are a few differs but I don't think you will get the spacing and depths from the code if that is what your after.
  10. Codelocks are one of the most expensive as they are one of the best. I sell over 200 CL200's every year as well as 50+ of the electronic version and you get what you pay for. The Asec is a good cheap alternative pretty sure it is a CL100 rebadged, but they are for LIGHT use only. If it gets more than 10 and less than 50 openings a day then fit a codelock CL200 it will save a lot of agro in the long run. If it gets more than 50 then you need to be using a Kaba 1000 (and these are expensive but will last a long time).
