kirkybob
recently obtained my first laser machine. Any advice welcome on the use of lases machines in general as I have never used one. I am particularley interested in, 1, which cutters are the most usefull. 2, how do I calibrate this machine 3, Where is the best place to buy cutters and tracers thanks
Mark Davis
You should beable to buy the cutters at any key wholesaler, Not much to calibrate, only the depth, to do that loosen the allen key on the cutter pull handle down till guide touches the jaw, retighten the allen key on the cutter. keithm
Why not contact the original manufacturer/supplier of the machine and ask for a manual
kirkybob
thanks very much for the advice. Although I wont bother asking the manufacturer for a manual as it took 3 months for them to send a CD god knows how long I would have to wait for a manual for a machine they no longer make. By the time it arrives I will probobley upgraded to a new machine. Its much better in this instance to ask on here. once agsin thanks guys. keithm
It's a shame you have such little faith in the original manufacturer

kobblers
Bob, I don 't know your machine but are any of these similar? http://www.hpcworld.com/km/kmmanuals/index.html If they are then the usage instructions shouldn't be too different. lock&quay
If your going to do Multi lock stuff the Silca cutter for the Iseo R6 will also do Multi lock Garrison. & I find the JMA cutters best for the other Multi lock stuff .
