I ordered for the first time and ordered three pairs of JR soles and the dovetails to go with them. Recieved four of the same heel. I had to laugh. Could only imagine what it would be like If I was ordering stock for a full shop. Told him I'd dealt with Birches for years and years. Where is your opposition? Next street back I said. OK he said If you ever need a rep let me know and fucked off...... Staggered!!!! He was here and couldn't even converse with me properly ... I was of the opinion that like his firm he just could't be arsed...... Bring back reps that knew what they were talking about, reps that would stop for a brew. If I had a business that wholesaled to the shoe repair trade I would employ ex shoe repairers who knew what they were talking about. I don’t bother with the ones who only visit if I’m going to put in an order.
