kobblers
Who sells these and what's the most popular/successful at helping someone to stop with the real fags? Cheers. Rick.
hakeemz
i sell them and to be hones even the cheapest of these is better to smoke than most expensive paper cigarette..if purely for trying to quit i would buy basic cheap e cig and oil (strength of tobacco nicotine according to need) and try..take it from there, your local vape shop should b able to help..dont buy expensive kits these are designed for idiots who like making thick clouds to strwberry.. kobblers

Broms Cobb
just get a basic kit (£9-99) and start there - if your near here call in and we will sort you out. if your a heavy smoker say 20-30 a day start with the 1.8 liquids, and work down. My lads know about the little bits - so any questions pm me.. Martin

mrkeys
Aspire K2 isnt a bad starter kit but many find it is not powerful enough. The best units to piece together for stopping smoking are one of the following as you can turn them both up and down, they are both as good as each other with great battery life 1. Aspire Zelos battery with an Aspire k1 top - you would need to buy an ego 510 ecig adaptor to make the 2 fit together 2. 40Watt Cool fire Battery with an Aspire k1 top - you would need to buy an ego 510 ecig adaptor to make the 2 fit together Any of these 2 are your best choice we sell loads of them, we also do the Aspire k2 kit as well which ever one you go for never turn it up past 20watts as you will burn through the coils too fast (most people use a setting of about 14 watts) The k1 top has less air holes in than the k2 top - the effect this has is that it draws more like a cigarette where as the k2 lets more air in and comes out a little faster youre gonna ask me about liquid now arent you?? lol they are by all means not the same, many different types suitable for many different devices for the devices I have mentioned do not buy a thick liquid, get a 50/50 40/60 or 60/40 mix in either 6mg, 12mg or 18mg 50/50 etc is the thickness of the liquid - for example the 80/20 mixes are for the direct to lund devices (cloud machines) not the ones I have recomended mg is the nicotine content Don't buy an eleaf they are a cheaper alternative but the breakages far outweigh any other brand owt else just ask Carl
Count Muppet
If you’re giving up just stop smoking. I’m sure we will all find out in a few years that vaping is just as bad if not worse. Sucking in unregulated Chinese crap can’t be good for you. Normally if you get water in your lungs you drown or get pneumonia. How is this any different? windycity

hakeemz
if you get water in your lungs you drown or get pneumonia. How is this any different? lol there is a bit more to it than that..air you breathe in has moisture in it too..which could kill u..its how much you intake in a set time (hypothermia) from pasteurized milk to chlorine and flouride loaded tap water (and other chemicals) and every processed food is chemical crap..therefore the cancer and other immune diseases on the rise so if u r intent on killing yourself by smoking then slower option in comparison would be to go ecigs which might even make you stop smoking kobblers and Broms Cobb

kobblers
It's for myself. Is anyone here willing to sell me a kit that will suit my needs? I smoke 20-30 a day and could do with something that has high strength as I know too many people who have started smoking again as the ecigs just weren't helping to sate their cravings. I could also do with one that doesn't leak when inverted. I'll pay whatever's necessary, including postage costs through paypal. Cheers. Rick. mrkeys
I would recommend these for liquids, all made in the UK https://www.vampirevape.co.uk/e-liquid/10ml-bottles.html buy the bottles with the purple top not the black tops x4 bottles for £12 usually, We stock 10 brands currently and Vampire Vape are by far the biggest seller with the most repeat custom, the liquids are not too harsh and have lots of flavour. feedback has been excellent for years. Purchase 18mg if you've gone with the cheap starter kit from B C If youre not getting a big enough drag from it the cost of one of the better units is about £45 delivered. With a more powerful battery you can easily come down the nicotine strengths cos you just turn the battery up. I personally use one of these It really is a case of you get what you pay for, but the starter kits can be a good place to start if youre dipping your toe in the water Good luck kobblers
Mick Friend
Very hard habit to break took me a dose of Bronchitis to see the light then it took 6 weeks to loose the habit of reaching each time I sat in the car or had a meal - The single hardest thing I have ever done and that includes learning to fly. I wish you all the resolve and good luck - I have to say approaching 70 I am grateful for giving up 30 years ago and now loosing a heap of weight. - Probably drop dead next week! kobblers
KarenJNI
Hi Rick, I know this is an old post and I don't know if you have found an e cig to suit you yet but last year I was diagnosed with peripheral artery disease in my leg. They said it was probably mainly due to my smoking tobacco. When the price of flags went up to £11 and more, I started to smile Amber Leaf and rolled my own. I must admit, it saved me a fortune. After the scare I got, I said I would never ever smoke again. I was a heavy smoker so I bought myself a wee Coolfire IV device, and started with a high strength 18mg Amber Leaf flavour liquid https://ezee-quit.co.uk/product/amber/ The guys on this site, especially Mark have been so helpful to me, I could never thank them enough. I'm not gonna lie and say it was easy because it wasn't. It seemed that everywhere I went everyone was smoking and the smell was amazing and I wanted one. Gradually with a lot of perseverance and tears, I cut down from 18mg to 12, then to 6mg and now 0mg strength, I didn't lower my strength until I was 100% comfortable with the strength I was on, then I changed it to the next lower one. I have been on 0mg for a good few months now, and never looked back. It has taken me almost a whole year to achieve this, it's been a rocky road, but now, I just enjoy my zero nicotine vale and hate the smell of smoking. I am rely happy as my health has improved dramatically. I hope you've found something you like and its helped you too. Karen
