Michael
Seen this stuff recently...http://www.prodip.eu/en?gclid=Cj0KEQiA6_TBBRDInaPjhcelt5oBEiQApPeTF6bXKsHlN6yrjloixTyv_WFwbpFsCGYevozgaoOpap4aAqS-8P8HAQ It's like a spray-on vinyl used for wrapping car parts. Not 100% sure but have a read. kobblers
SteelCityShoes
Plastidip peels off. Birch do a EasyDye that is supposed to work on synthetic leather, so I would imagine it will work on wellies. Whether it will stand up to the punishment they take is another matter though. kobblers
