I'm closing. But its a bit different for me, one man band non-high street. You have to bag a day off when & where you can & the "public holidays" do the least customer upsetting! however with two broken weekends in a row its going to be a lean month this month!

we opened, closed at 16hrs, not many punters in, but got lots done, gav got all the engraving done on an £1100 engraving order, got 2 *ank zips done, and cleaned windows on inside and done 2 new window displays, these are the jobs you cant always get done, on a normal day, so a very productive day, and took a few dollar in the till[/b], \:D/ \:D/ \:D/

Shut today but have opened all the other bank holidays. Thought it would be a lean month but business has really picked up on the days I've been open :D

Had some of the best business days since opening 18 months ago! \:D/

I was open today! (I watch part of the action by livestream.) :D

But tomorow I'm closed 'cause of Queensday in the Netherlands! \:D/

And I'm travelling to Londen!

Two years ago I went to Londen with my oldest daughter, Shirley, when she was leaving the PrimarySchool for a father-daughter weekend. And now it's my second daughter, Lesley's turn.

Hope the cleaned up the mess in London from the party today!

Have a nice weekend,

John, Dutch Running Cobbler

Sorry, other running cobblers! No training for the Great North Run this weekend! 8) I did the marathon in my hometown last monday, so I'm in my aftermarathon-days. Training starts again next week. :D
