Growster
This "spot the difference" leads to the snake / track. I made this on a normal Superior blank, using the Yale Platinum card. Where did I err, please?
grahamparker
Looks like it should be from the head to the tip 1331 (should be 4 depth options available if you have the correct card). The platinum are much more difficult to decode as they have 4 depths as opposed to 3 on the earlier locks.

Growster
The snake / track on the copy seems way too short.
Count Muppet
If ever I’ve had problems with these keys it’s always been the C/F cut. I always do these manually now so no problems anymore

They are, the Silca machine does not cut any further than it needs to. They are long enough to get all 4 cuts in. The Platinum cuts are closer together than in the Superior/magnum keys. We have never had any issues when decoding or cutting to code but cutting to a photo on these is a little trickier and can be difficult.
Growster
I have ordered these keys elsewhere now, and the result looks spot on perfect, whereas card 4169 produced an inoperative key. Which other card to use, headscratch?
grahamparker
Did you decode the key ordered elsewhere ? It would help identify where you possibly went wrong.
Lock Stock
Have you got a better quality picture? The track is definitely wrong, but also maybe a couple of the pins as well. Like Graham said there is 4 heights, can’t see very well on your but the 1 and 2 can be close, think this could also be the case here.
Growster
I am coming to the same unwelcome conclusion, our track decode is wrong. May I thank all for the help!
