C'mon guys............ its supposed to be CYBER MONDAY, you know, the day when everyone goes online to buy.

I've sent out the sales sheets and emailed the mail shots. I've got extra staff on. I've told the carrier to bring his 40 footer to collect all the parcels tonight and so far............... ? Zilch.................. I've even got extra Maltesers in ............. Black Friday was a washout ............Give us a break?? ](*,)

Mark I promise that after Christmas I will come and introduce myself to you face to face as long as you promise not to throw me out of the shop. .... it has happened before  .

I love internet sales because we get to hear from new customers all over the place and I don't have to drive round in circles looking for them. And don't get me started on trying to find parking places .... or loos.

I Definatley don't bite... I did try to use you guys at one time but your rep was tld by one of my competitors that if you dealt with me he won't use you anymore!!

Not sure if the reps name was Stuart Moore!

But my kettle is always on and you'd be made very welcome indeed.

I will be there.

Don't recall a Stuart Moore though but the scenario sounds familiar. " If you go to my competitor You will lose my custom" was a popular threat in the old days. Thankfully and partly due to the forum more people talk to each other and share experiences now.

Our reps, when we could afford reps, were Alan Knott followed by Mike Fairley and lastly Steve Wagstaff. Now we do nearly everything by phone, fax or internet so once in a while its nice to get out and talk to customers face to face. I went to see Elfman just for a social chat last week and I look forward to a trip to Norfolk and Suffolk in the New Year. ( if you are reading this Lee and StevenB I'm just letting you know).

Regards

Robin

There aren't any hills round you are there ? I don't do hills......... it has to be dead flat for me. Something to do with mass and lack of propulsion :D

we could always take a trot up & down yarmouth sea front, thats flat & a mile or two each way.
