exp121260
I have been with BT for 8 years now, never had any issues. I also changed my home one to BT 3 years ago.... never look back. I have never had to wait more than a week for the BT, I am not sure whey yours took so long !! Whichever you choose at the end , DO NOT go for Virgin Media !! grahamparker
We are with Virgin Media and the connection is super fast but you do pay for the speed. We have had a few issues but as a business user they have always turned up within 24 hours to fix any issues. We have the router set in modem only mode and use our own seperate router as it gives a stronger more stable connection even outside the shop. Been with then for over 7 years but as I mentioned they are no where near the cheapest not even close but stability is what I need on a daily basis.
