I do like the the whole display blister, sell boxed idea, and will do that, but do any of the suppliers do the combination padlocks( low end) boxed, they always seem to be blister packs.

Davenport do the tricircle iron and brass padlocks boxed, not sure if they do blister pack version. I just take one out of the box to display.

Thought I'd tag my enquiry onto this thread. Plastic packaging of insoles., looking to drop Dasco latex insoles, because of the packaging, but Apart from Woly (a bit pricey, but prepared to bear the cost) , are there any other insole suppliers who put their insoles in cardboard/biodegradable packaging?

I think it stops keys, padlocks and the like tarnishing in large cold warehouse's or damp containers coming from abroad... But agréé it's a bloody nuisance!

I personally think it's too late to save the environment! it's now just a taxing exercise. I meant what's the point of the UK banning this that and the other if the likes of China and the US are bellowing out millions of tons of gases into the atmosphere to make goods to send to us to get taxed on... it's all f**ked up and we'll never change.

Going on about cars for instance.. but no mention that almost every house in the country has a central heating system bellowing out carbon monoxide.

Truth is we're over populated & are running out of natural resources.

just saying.

i disgree

its not too late, its reversible and there are large scale working models around the world where this has been proven, whole Eco systems (corals etc) have been successfully re vitalized (latest david attenborough series even shows certain species brought back from near extinction)

earth is not running out of resources. food minerals or gases..scientific community believes its our greed, imbalance of distribution and exploitation of resources that is causing it to look like it

i dont start throwing rubbish outside my door because my neighbour is doing so..i agree china and india and now under trump US are acting like those dirty neighbours but look at instant effects, shanghai, beijing , bombay and delhi are forever in news because of thick smog that is making these places toxic and inhospitable ..not one city in europe is half as bad as them..long term efeccts of europe's positive steps towards environment will build enough pressure for these countries to act accordiangly.its just how humans work.

lets just send all of the animals to mars and keep the earth for ourselves - two of each species, call it the Mars Ark

one of the most effective and simple answers to the resource/pollution crisis is for everyone to stop eating meat. cows take up a lot of land to maintain, and require masses of water and corn from separate farms to feed.

...but I'm gonna continue to eat hypocrisy burgers until the price of lab-grown meat comes down in price enough.
