I have just opened a letter from our bank Natwest saying we had been incorrectly charged for overdraft insurance which we knew nothing about. But as a result of this we have just recieved a Cheque for just short of £3500. No middlemen taking a huge cut either the bank did this direct without any contact from us. Yeah, we've just been slammed with a big increase in charges with NatWest. We were playing a nice modest flat fee but now they are charging per transaction. It's trebled our banking costs!
