rubinshazi
On a e46 year 2000 i opened the boot lock. Than cut the steel plate at the end of the boot. Kick the rear seat from the broken metal square and use a clothes hanger to open the rear door. Than change the cylinder spring or broken clip from the drivers door is pretty easy. Ive done mine about 4 times already. DELETED

rubinshazi
Ha ha. U dont have to break in several times. Just once so u open the drivers door from the inside. Replace the lock. If the lock goes again a key is not good to you. Because the lock is BROKEN. And e46 have only 2 locks. One on drivers door. The other one is in the boot.
