worn_to_reborn
What do you guys think of this finish? I used fiebings English tan leather dye and with a sponge I faded it through the waste into the sole. I wasn't sure I liked it to start with, it's grown on me, I'll defo do it again one day
keithm
I like it, it looks natural, if you get what I mean? Well apart from the obviously died edges, which I would remove on the next pair
worn_to_reborn
Yeh I get what you mean. I've always liked framing the stitch line in ink, I started using the leather dye over ink. I started to find ink to dense, I like how the dye dries softer. I don't always frame the stitch line, I did a pair the other day without it! Both have there place! I like either
