elreeds
Hi all I was wondering if any of you could help me. Basically, I have a pair of boots which I love - they're so comfortable, but as I wear them pretty much all of the time they've become so worn. So much so that I have worn out the toe area on my right boot; the leather exterior has worn away, exposing some of the lining underneath (photos are below). The damage to the left boot isn't as extensive, but it's on it's way out too. I was wondering whether any of you think they could be salvaged and restored? Many thanks! Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
You could of course cut the point off and convert to a Chisel Toe as we did on a daily basis during the 70s for the sake of fashion (and made a lot of profit out of it). william_22
Yes you can. Better way is to search on google and you will find many helpful article that are discussing about how to resole boots. I think this is the only way you can resole them online. If these are super comfortable and you like it very much then do little bit research and save them for sure.
