Michael
Looks like my work laptop may have gone kaput and I will have to buy a new one. Does anyone know if vistool 6 will work on windows 7 laptops or will I have to upgrade my software to Vistool
StevenB
Windows 7 was launched this year. Vistool 8 has been specially written to run on it. The chances of vistool 6 running on it are less than slim. Whilst v8 isn't cheap, it's such a good upgrade from v6, you won't regret it. And in a busy shop, it doesn't take too long for it to pay for itself.

windycity
hi guys i want to save all my drawings/job templates on to a memory stick as back up. Now to do this do i create a new folder on my desktop? then just click and paste them into it then save on to mem. stick. when i have done this to a few they are then no longer in the jobs folder is this ok or will it cause problems. if you have a better idea or way please let me know thanks paul
StevenB
I would navigate to the root folder that they are in, right click on the folder icon & click 'send to', followed by the USB drive you want them to end up in. This will copy them to the drive, but leave the originals untouched.
Gray
Or you can open the jobs folder in the software highlight them all right click and send to destination same thing really
