Seiko 1N00 movement, any known issues??

Ther website states 'Cousins have a non returns policy on watch parts and watch movements. Watch manufacturers do not accept movements back as faulty. They state that it was not in this condition or faulty at the time of purchase / supply (basically saying if it is faulty then it was damaged by the customer). These restrictions are placed upon Cousins by the manufacturers. As a trade wholesale business to business supplier we unfortunately have to apply the same terms and conditions'

So how can they prove it was in full working order when sent ?.

Well luckily we do not do watch repairs, but if we did I would not be buying from them.

Trading laws and consumer laws are different, they can, and do, refuse to accept returns.
