TC@TOWS
Just had to order my 4th one of these, two have worked intermittently and the latest one didn't work at all. Cousins have a no return policy so was wondering has anyone else had issues with this movement? Thanks!
Count Muppet
If you’re always ordering from the same place, maybe you’re getting them all from the same faulty batch? try ordering one from somewhere else to see if it’s any different Mike at Vauxhall

Any Faulty product can and should be reutrned. I think they mean you cannot return if you do not use it. Check again for the terms and conditions. hakeemz

Ther website states 'Cousins have a non returns policy on watch parts and watch movements. Watch manufacturers do not accept movements back as faulty. They state that it was not in this condition or faulty at the time of purchase / supply (basically saying if it is faulty then it was damaged by the customer). These restrictions are placed upon Cousins by the manufacturers. As a trade wholesale business to business supplier we unfortunately have to apply the same terms and conditions'

Well luckily we do not do watch repairs, but if we did I would not be buying from them.

Trading laws and consumer laws are different, they can, and do, refuse to accept returns.

Most likely a tiny bend in the hands, rubbing against the glass and stopping it periodically rather than faulty movements. Highly unlikely all of the movements you’ve had are faulty. jimbo6930
always try it running for 24 hours before putting into case, that way if there is a problem the customer never knows about it Mike at Vauxhall
