A key saw will save a lot of time but most important of all I hope you never get a blank with any air bubbles in the casting of the blank. There’s nothing worse than spending a few hours to cut one of these for it to snap the first time it’s used. Happened to me twice and after the second time I no longer cut these all the blanks I had went in the bin while I was still in a rage. So best of luck use a good quality vernier calliper measure often and take your time.
