cobblers.keys
I am wondering which is the best computerized engraving machine that is capable of engraving multiple trophy plates at once but can also engrave large cups and cylindrical bands etc. Also glass if possible? I am using a signature 8080 mini now that is restricted to single plates and tankard sized items.
beware
Clearly I am biased... The IS400 Volume.
hakeemz
i have both is400 volume and universal 350, for biggest size cups i use 400 volume, for everything else i use 350 and in ease of setup jobs and software user friendliness 350 beats 400 volume all day long in my opinion. for almost 90percent of jobs you will not get better machine than universal 350 at around half the price of gravo

Any, if you can use it - you will make money, most of us started with the is200TX which is great for 97% of all jobs. but you have to get to know it. you can get one for around 2K
grahamparker
I am still running 2 x Hermes V3000 machines very old but rock solid only issue is fonts are cartridge based , they are over 35+ years old and still performing well. I also have a gravograph LS100 but would that has had some issues over the last 8 years and i would not buy another in fact i wish i had bought a universal 300 at the time instead it would have been a lot cheaper as well. Cobblerwal
Hi Mate, Signature all day long, none of that gravograph rubbish. Quick thought have a look for who has the most problems with their machines. I bet its a gravograph owner who regrets not parting with the right money to get the right bit of kit.
