Stanley Mishap
Usually around 7/8 they'd stop working off each previous copy ......thing is I know about 3 others who use this system of setting .....I also know others who have blades on for 5 years and have half their keys back -
grahamparker
I cut one measure it, then one more that's it, i have total faith in my digital calipers. Stanley Mishap
derek
i do it that way too, i was using an old cea naty that i had stripped down, repainted , changed the cutter and set it up, was cutting better than the bosses silca rekord that is only 3 years old, let's face it, you don't always get a key in that's been cut from an accurate machine, so the more accurate yours is the better imo

I think you need to re-read the post fella...if you cut each copy from the one before it - you'd be lucky to get to 8 ....the most I've seen is 12...good luck.
