Forest Cobbler
Hi Paul For future use, I can recommend that you buy the ezebadge software from Trend because it is so easy to use. We had trouble with lining our printer up with the pre-cut discs on their sticker sheets and nearly gave up, but now we buy sheets of adhesive photo paper from www.quickdome.com and punch the centres out with their 25mm cutter. Pop a dome on top and away you go. We print lots of our own centres now; club logos, obscure sports and activities, a photo of a guy in his younger years for a 60th birthday, masses of golf, you name it we've done it. And you don't need to print a whole sheet of 54 each time, just work from the bottom of the sheet so that the leading edge stays straight and keep a track of how many rows you've got left on each sheet. If you only need a couple then make up the row with a standard sport. The internet is a mine of excellent designs you can use. If your design doesn't go right out to the edge, putting a 1mm border round it so you've got something to cut to makes life a lot easier. And don't forget to choose photo paper in your print options otherwise the result is smeary. It's definitely worth looking into. Valerie

Paul_
Hi Valerie, I'll pop in one day and we can chat about the Ezebadge thing, but if you recommend it then I'll be getting the set up all sorted. In the meantime, I'd love a few snow board centres knocked up when you get a minute. No rush the customer doesn't need them for a month. And thank you Graham for your reply too. Web_Engraver
Likewise: Use ezebadge software but get paper & domes on fleebay,a lot cheaper & next day delivery, I find putting domes on then punching out a lot easier.
