I have an A9 special, my cutter will not stop running, any ideas?

Strap it to a chair.

Drop the chair into a pond for 10mins.

Pull it out.

If its still running, tie it to a tree and set light to it.

Surely you call the company you purchased the machine from unless it was bought second hand.

In which case find your local supplier and give them a call.

I have the Miracle MS-10 & I can't fault it & the software it came with .I use  Insta code to look up key depth from code & that's it , They added my restricted AnkerSlot info on the day I asked , back up from Peter has been great , He knows His stuff unlike the Silca rep who broke my new Viper by putting a plastic key in it when demonstrating it lol.

I have a miracle A9 special. Last software update was 18/2/2021

when i click to check for upates, a 'download link error' message pops up.

Any ideas how to fix this?

is there a code that i could put in custom update?
