Gray
In answer to your first question. First draw a rectangle. Go to path on your menu, select round corners, this will bring up a numeric box, select 5, click OK click on the vertical line near the top left, click on the horizontal line near the left, do this for all 4 corners. Forest Cobbler
We've got the picture engraving software that runs on Vistool 8. I've had a few trial runs on it with varying degrees of success, so I would also be grateful for any advice from anyone who uses it on a regular basis. I would also like some suggestions on how best to promote it. Many thanks, Valerie
StevenB
Valerie, I've got the picture engraving software too - and just like you, I've had variable results. I'm not sure if it's the way I tweak the engraving settings, or unsuitable pictures to start with. Next time I see mark I'll pick his brains on this one as he always makes it look so easy! With regard to promoting it, I've not done so yet, as I feel I need to be better able to turn a job around quickly & confidently before I start promoting it widely. Need to sit down & play with it some more during any quiet spells.
Forest Cobbler
That's exactly how I feel, but those quiet spells are really elusive. I sometimes feel that less is more and perhaps I'm tweaking too much. I remember pretty much everything that Mark told me about how to use it, but it's putting it into practice that I'm struggling with. V
