Michael
probably have to go through caravan site if its a static. I had one similar a couple of months ago....caravan site wanted £19 per key and it was the only place to get them because they had a deal with the locksmith who fitted them!!! grahamparker
Is your customer the owner of the caravan,if so suggest a replacement cylinder. We see these all the time and the prices quoted by some for a key is just ridiculous so we replace with another key and turn cylinder usuall era, evva or cisa for nearly the same price as one key would cost.Quite often you can end up selling a pair keyed alike if there are 2 doors on the caravan. damen.rudi
Hello, I got the same problem a few weeks ago. Therefor I sended an email to the ces-factory in Germany. Give them the references on the key and they'll tell you where to get them. In my particular case, I had to order them to Alko in Austria. Here is the emailadress of the responsible for foreign countries: sabine.huettemann-riehm@ ces.eu Hope she can help you. Greetings, Rudi
damen.rudi
Hello, did some research and it seems to be the same key I asked CES for. It's a special profile made for the firm Al-Ko in Austria. This firm is specialised in parts for caravans and trailers. The key can only be obtained by them. I did a mail for 2 weeks but didn't get any reply yet. Therefor the suggestion to change the cylinders. If you want the specifics of the firm please give a mail. Greetings, Rudi
Iain
Thanks for all the replies. The customer's caravan is in Wales so the option of replacing the cylinder is out. I think maybe she might have to speak to the site owner as Michael suggested. Iain
