Would just like to point out that Mastergrave to their credit have been on the phone today to apologise for this situation, so it is now fully resolved. Hard faced git My God I can't win can I will still use Mastergrave for some supplies as and when but I am going to start to order my brass by the sheet and use the guillotine at Isotank to cut it to size. So i am going to shop around to find the best price.
kobblers
wouldn't mind a guillotine and a varga saw and a beveller crap, where would i put 'em?
busy bee
I also use Engravamet for my brass & laminate supplies. I have found them fast, friendly & fairly priced. I used to phone around for prices, but don't bother these days, because Engravamet were always the most competetive. I buy full sheets & cut it to required sizes on site. It's true that saws, bevellers & guilotines (not to mention cutter sharpener drill stand, wrapping/sealing machine ~ for perfect presentation) take up an awful lot of space, but I need them all to provide the fast, friendly service that my customers are used to! I emailled gemma last night but the email reciept thingy says she deleted the email without reading it The trouble with e-mail these days, you get so much spam its easy to delete a genuine e-mail. Don't give up Iain, give them a ring and tell them whats happened and that they are being endorsed on the forum, might make em have a look and realise how big the independant is becoming and that they need to compete on a higher level. uk900
