I tried it after watching this video and it gives a great finish,better than smooth band!!! The Health and Safety Executive and local government are the enforcing authorities who work in support of the Commission. Their mission is to protect people's health and safety by ensuring risks in the changing workplace are properly controlled. Do you have a similar controlling body in the US? It may regulate the big manufacturers Im not sure.
