Or manually? if it was via the tool, please try downloading the whole update from the |KL website, onto your desktop, and just copy across the files one by one manually, feel free to call us if you need any more assistance i have found this solves the problem Hope this helps

No Derek it isn't, the original key has a remote built into the fob, which unlocks the doors, this fob then starts the car after it is inserted into the dash, It is however, i think, a great new feature for the 884
