Lady brought in a Burberry bag, cost her over £1,000... tried the likes of Timpson, but no-one would touch it.

Not only is it £100 in the till, it tells another customer that Timpson are not craftsmen.

Timpsons are what McDonald's are as far as fine dining goes!

Your right in what you say, it says a lot about the skills Timpson have to offer the customer.

But,

I have found even after several negative experiences customers have with Timpson they keep going back, I don't know why.

 

That's some top quality work your producing and the quality of that leather looks amazing.

I'm not sure I agree that customers keep going back....

I believe they only go back when there isn't a better option!

Treat your customers right, and turn out first class work and you WILL overcome.
