Not the customers fault I don’t have it and going to the extra effort is going to be worth more to my reputation than an extra couple of quid in the till. That’s my view anyway I like your reasoning, I am going to drastically reduce the premium I charge for ordering keys in, not quite prepared to not charge extra.
