Happy Dude
as the title says I'm a bit fed up with car keys and would like to put the money tied up in this equipment to better use. I have no idea how much it is worth, it is about 1 year old and has done less than 20 keys. Everything is here including original box and packaging. can anyone put a value on it?? I am based in Edinburgh thanks in advance...
grahamparker
A new RW4 is £1273.08+vat (i can get a better deal than that) so i would expect a fair second hand price to be around £7-800 + postage.
Happy Dude
Cheers Graham... I would be quite happy to accept £800.00 and would throw in a CEA Top laser machine with various cutters and tracers plus all the key blanks and chips I have in stock and for an extra £200 add a Tibbe machine as well... I would deliver within a reasonable distance for the fuel money... PM me for more details, Thanks...

Happy Dude
The RW4 plus box looks like new, I have the original box with all paperwork and leads and snoop. The RST Tempest Tibbe is a bit dirty just now but it's spot on accurate and the cutter is still good, I used it last week. The CEA Top is again a bit dirty but will be cleaned prior to delivery, there is a few cutters and tracers and a brand new set for cutting Garrison keys... Happy Dude
Just thought I'd bump this back to the top. I haven't tried to sell the equipment since this advert as I'm not desperate for the money but I have my eye on some other stuff for the shop and this would help finance it. I'll take £1,000 for the box, tibbe and laser machine plus post or diesel money for delivery within a reasonable distance, cash or bank transfer Donation to forum charity Based in Edinburgh

Billyo
Hi Happy i see in your photos above that you have instructions for the Tibbe machine. i bought one of these machines recently in Australia and have searched everywhere over the internet to try and find a user manual but had no luck until I saw your photos. Would you still have these instructions and if so, would you be willing to scan or photograph each page and send me an emailed copy please? it would save me a lot of grief as the machine I have is being a bit of a pig in the cutting department and I have a feeling the sheets of paper you have might hold the answer. Auto Key Wizard
A Jakey Lynx user manual isn't required to calibrate the machine. There is a single set screw with lock nut, back it in or out to correct the cutting depth, Simples
Count Muppet
That’s the same for every tibbe machine I’ve used
