Want to buy a leather patching machine on a budget, Have no experience but from reading the forums the Singer 29 K 15 Patcher comes up a lot ! Will this do my job ? there is currently one on ebay going for £500 . Superior to any Chinese patcher with over 200 sold in the UK by us over the last 3 years and fits straight on to the old style treadle base. My singer is the best machine in the shop. Makes the most profit and i get to sit gown while working. These machines can be very tricky to get working smoothly so if you do get one make sure to give it a good test drive. If you're gonna do bag repairs then tub rivets are your best friend Yes m8 have been using the tube rivets ! So far most of the customers have been happy using the wee tube rivets.
