grahamparker
I assume you have supplied a non remote key as a duplicate,if this is the case then NW Keys in liverpool supply a compatible remote which can be used to turn the alarm off.We have used about 20 of these so far without any real problems.Very good price to. http://www.nwkeys.co.uk/Portal.aspx?pag ... &prod=9205
Danny King
Are these easy to programme to the car??
grahamparker
Yes insert original key in ignition and turn to position 2 then back four times (within 6 seconds) car will beep. Press any button on remote and car will beep again. Turn ignition to position 2 then off. Wait 10 Seconds and remote should work.

k4mrc
we do loads of these, buy an empty case from 3d, put chip in - cut key - turn in ignition 4 times press button - £100-00. and the customer cant thank you enough!
Solid
Just a note here. This is a security feature of the vehicle. If the vehicle is opened on the key you have 30 seconds (i think, i can check the time if anyone needs to know 100%) to turn the ignition on with a programmed key or the alarm will go off. Similar to a house alarm when you open the main door. There is a count down. As stated above this is not a feature when using a remote. Only when door lock operated. Another thing to stop criminal lock pickers which is a bonus for the owner.

Lee
no, but you can program them on the bench using a tpx2 chip, put this in the empty case, cycle through the remote & you've done a key. Also works for the later galaxy's 2006 > Lee
