StevenB
Is it only me that gets the bizarre requests? Got a customer that wants a nice quality gift for a plumbers 40th birthday. Her suggestion was a silver plated bleeding key. ("not bleeding likely" I thought to myself... ) Can anybody come up with a suggestion of something appropriate to a plumber that might be silver plated or similarly 'nice' looking, okay then, shiny? Looking forward to all your suggestions.

StevenB
Hmm, something smallish & gift boxed was the other bit of the instruction I may have omitted to mention. And no, a chrome, heated towel rail in a gift box is not quite right.

Lee
in a gift box is not quite right. A "how much" bill? what about a polished brass tap on polished pipe out of a wooden base? Lee

Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
I was given a set of silver cufflinks in the shape of a Tap Top one read "Hot" the other "Cold". Still use them and they bring many comments. But how about a Chrome Tap mounted on a Resin or Marble/Granite type base with a silver plate inscription, to be used as a paper weight.
