Ipswich, Parade of shops so cheaper.

Felixstowe, High street location but it is a small seaside town. :?

I have been told they have abolished business rates for small business in Scotland? Maybe someone on here can can confirm that?

thats right us tight arsed scots are saving some money this year we got 75% discount on rates so i only paid £480 for one year on one shop and as from next month i will get 100% discount on rates so happy days for me.

Free Rates ! for our friends North of the Border , along with Free perscriptions , No University Tution Fees , and probably other benifits that we do not hear about seems that Scotlands the place to be !, i Vote that the border is moved South (preferably to just past Birmingham ) so we can all benefit
