Guest quickeys
I have a dual purpose, they are good machines but wont do warded mortice, so you will need a seperate machine if you want to do these.
SKS_User
I have a dual purpose, they are good machines but wont do warded mortice, so you will need a seperate machine if you want to do these. Yup, that's basically the main limitation, generally we suggest the dual purpose machines if you're starting up or you're short of space in your shop/van. The nice thing about the Cyclone original model is the price is about the same band as a mid-range cylinder machine so even if after a few months of trading you decide to get seperate machines, you can keep the Cyclone quite happily as your cylinder machine and add on a mortice. If you want more info, just drop me or Technical John a PM/email/call.

kirkybob
many thanks for the info, as i understand what you are telling me seperate machines are a better option as I dont have a space problem and and difference in cost is not the primary issue for me, at this time. Once again many thanks for the info hope I can help one of you in the future Regards kirky bob
Mick Friend
to start in a small space with a single operator the duel machine will solve problems - wards can be cut with a key saw - many mobiles use them without problems. If key cutting volume is light a good bet in my opinion
