What would you do?

Had a women customer buy a nice leather handbag from us. The bag was reduced to £25 to clear.

 

She then brought it back 2 days later saying she thought it was black. This bag is brown how you could think it is black I have no idea. ](*,)

We told her she could choose another bag of todo a straight swap or we could give her a credit to spend in the shop. She has had us going trhru everybag we have in stock in both shops and she still keeps saying it's not quite what I want. we then offer the credit again and she starts looking thru the bags again ](*,) She has been back 3 times and is driving us mad ](*,)

 

Do I give her a refund or stick to my guns. As it isn't my fault she bought the wrong bag in the wrong colour ](*,)
