so we have just had the full week before chistmas which should be one of the best weeks of the year if not the best i was down against last year

this is for all takings not just shoe repairs

yeah I was up on services but down on retail items in the final week.

We are having a week just like any other. We've sold a fair amount of gifts and done more engraving but it seems the extra takings have been negated by a lack of repairs or keys.

 

I'm happy that we aren't down on takings but I rather expected to do a bit better.

 

Just hope next week brings a better return.
